Ordering
To order any of our products browse through the product categories listed in the menu. When you have found the product you wish to order click ‘Add to Cart’. You can continue shopping for other wonderful products or proceed to the checkout to complete your order. Here you can choose your preferred payment method (explained below). Once you make full payment for your order we will commence and have them delivered to your door.

Product Availability
We try to ensure all of our products are available at all times but unfortunately sometimes this is not possible. If any products you order are not available we will contact you immediately. We will give you the choice to wait until the products are ordered in or replace the product with another available one.
We aren’t happy until you are.
Payment Methods
We offer payment by bank transfer or deposit, money order and credit card. Credit card payments are taken by Paymate which is a secure Australian credit card payment gateway. You are not charged any extra fees for paying by credit card through Paymate. Your total order cost is your total cost with no hidden extras.
Please make sure when paying by bank transfer or deposit that you correctly reference the deposit, deposits with no reference may result in a shipping delay. This is due to the fact that it can take time to identify your payment correctly.
Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of your order.
GST
GST is included in all of our prices. International customers may be charged value added tax, sales tax, or custom duties by the Customs of your country, those charges are your responsibility and you understand that any products you acquired from this web site are subject to such taxes and duties.

Kids Kontact collects information including your email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and name, for the purpose of processing your order, or contacting you if there is a problem with your order.
